Outstanding service. Ozzy did an amazing job. I have to say he has great follow up skills. He was in constant communication with me by email and text. He said he will be at my home by 9am and he was. Superb! Very responsive and great service. Ozzie tried to repair my 14 yr old Genie chain drive opener several times (only 1 service charge) to no avail. Very honest, told me to buy a replacement Chamberlain belt drive unit, and he would install for very reasonable fee. I highly recommend Ozzie and his brother Edward👍

Had an incredible experience with Edward of VIP Garage Door. Our garage door spring system suddenly broke and we were unable to use the opener. We initially spoke to a different company who quoted us an exorbitantly high price and couldn’t come out to do the repair until Monday. My brother gave us the info for VIP Garage Door due to having done a lot of business with them in the past with excellent reviews. Edward gave us a great price, and agreed to replace our spring system the following morning (Sunday). He did a great job on the new spring system and even fixed the bent bracket holding our opener in place. Edward had everything done and cleaned up in less than an hour. Just had Eddie out to replace my 16 year old garage door opener. Eddie is very professional, showed up on time, and explained the whole process along the way. He answered all my questions and gave me tips to keep my unit running in top shape for a long time. Would highly recommend Eddie and will definitely use his services again if I need them.
