I had an issue with a roller coming off the track repeatedly, and VIP was able to fix the issue super quickly. Ozzy did an excellent job, and went out of his way to address other issues and keep my garage door running longer. Had an incredible experience with Edward of VIP Garage Door. Our garage door spring system suddenly broke and we were unable to use the opener. We initially spoke to a different company who quoted us an exorbitantly high price and couldn’t come out to do the repair until Monday. My brother gave us the info for VIP Garage Door due to having done a lot of business with them in the past with excellent reviews. Edward gave us a great price, and agreed to replace our spring system the following morning (Sunday). Just had Eddie out to replace my 16 year old garage door opener. Eddie is very professional, showed up on time, and explained the whole process along the way. He answered all my questions and gave me tips to keep my unit running in top shape for a long time. Would highly recommend Eddie and will definitely use his services again if I need them.

VIP is great, they came out on a Saturday with the correct conversion kit for my garage. While most garage companies stated that they can only help me during the week and had to order parts this and that. Nonsense. I will recommend VIP Garage Door to anyone.
